9.30-10.00: Enteries and Registration.
All entries will be taken on the day. Entery is 15euro and covers all competitions.
10.00-12.30: The first 5 Hammers will be thrown.
12.30-2.30: A break will be held in which the following events will be held: Shot Putt, Discus, 56lb w.f
2.30-5.00: The Heavy Section of the Decatalon will commense.
5.00. Presentation of medals.
Each person who enters will be presented with a commeritve medal regardless of placeings with in the competitions
